We are currently seeking individuals to join our team in the following positions:

Home Builders:

• Construct new residential properties from the ground up
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project completion
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
• Experience in framing, roofing, and finishing work

Altering & Remodeling Contractors:

• Renovate and remodel existing residential properties
• Demo and dispose of old materials
• Install new fixtures, flooring, and cabinetry
• Perform structural modifications and repairs
• Experience in kitchen and bathroom remodeling

General Contractors:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects
• Create project schedules and budgets
• Hire and supervise subcontractors and laborers
• Ensure quality control and safety standards are met
• Experience in both residential and commercial construction

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the construction industry
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
