We are currently hiring for the following position:
Rental Specialist
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting the right baby accessories and furnishings for their needs
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Process rental orders accurately and efficiently
- Inspect and maintain rental items to ensure they meet our quality standards
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet rental goals
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred
- Knowledge of baby gear and products is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Must be able to lift and move baby furniture and accessories
