Rocket City Automotive is a premier auto repair and service shop located in the heart of Huntsville, Alabama. We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Auto Repair & Service Technician to join our team. If you have a knack for diagnosing and repairing automotive issues, and are committed to providing exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you.

Position: Auto Repair & Service Technician

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and general repairs on various makes and models of vehicles
• Determine the cause of mechanical or electrical problems and perform repairs
• Provide accurate estimates for repairs and communicate effectively with customers
• Diagnose and repair engine, transmission, and suspension issues
• Test-drive vehicles to ensure repairs have been completed properly

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Auto Repair & Service Technician
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
