Paving Laborer

As a Paving Laborer at Rocktek Paving, you will play a crucial role in the completion of paving projects. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with the preparation of work sites
• Operating various paving equipment
• Laying asphalt and other materials
• Performing quality control checks
• Maintaining a safe work environment

Pavement Maintenance Technician

We are also looking for Pavement Maintenance Technicians to join our team. Responsibilities include:

• Performing routine maintenance on paved surfaces
• Repairing cracks and potholes
• Applying sealcoating and striping
• Operating maintenance equipment
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations

Paving Foreman

If you have experience in a leadership role, our Paving Foreman position may be the perfect fit for you. Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing paving projects from start to finish
• Managing a team of laborers and technicians
• Ensuring project deadlines are met
• Maintaining quality control standards
• Communicating with clients and contractors

Qualifications

At Rocktek Paving, we value individuals who are dedicated, hardworking, and have a strong attention to detail. To be considered for a position with us, the following qualifications are required:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the paving industry
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends as needed
