Position: Bartender

Are you a passionate and experienced bartender looking to join a dynamic team? Rodeo Goat is currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our bar staff. As a bartender at Rodeo Goat, you will have the opportunity to showcase your mixology skills, engage with customers, and contribute to the overall success of our restaurant.

Responsibilities:

• Create and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar
• Prepare garnishes and ingredients for cocktails
• Adhere to all safety and health regulations
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of mixology and cocktail recipes
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Attention to detail and cleanliness
• TABC (Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission) certification
