Position: Legal Service Plans Coordinator

As a Legal Service Plans Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating legal service plans for our members. Your primary duties will include:

• Assisting members in selecting the appropriate legal service plan based on their individual needs
• Processing new memberships and renewals
• Coordinating legal consultations and appointments for members
• Providing exceptional customer service and support to our members
• Maintaining accurate records of membership information and plan details
• Collaborating with attorneys and legal professionals to ensure timely and effective service delivery
• Resolving member inquiries and issues in a professional and timely manner

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

• A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in customer service or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
