Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of various types of legal matters.
• Provide legal advice and representation to clients.
• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Draft legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Appear in court and represent clients in hearings and trials.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to provide comprehensive legal services.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing law in a general practice setting.
• Excellent legal research and writing skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrated success in handling diverse legal matters.
