• Wills, Trusts & Estate Planning Attorneys

Job Responsibilities:

As a Probate Law Attorney or Wills, Trusts & Estate Planning Attorney at Romano & Sumner, PLLC, you will be responsible for:

• Advising clients on estate planning strategies
• Drafting wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents
• Representing clients in probate proceedings
• Providing legal guidance on asset protection and tax planning

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the State Bar and in good standing
• Experience in Estate Planning, Probate Law, or related practice areas
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
