Job Description

General Contractors

As a General Contractor at Rooftec, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. Your duties will include coordinating with subcontractors, managing schedules and budgets, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within specifications.

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other professionals
• Supervise construction activities on-site
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations

Roofing Contractors

As a Roofing Contractor at Rooftec, you will be tasked with installing and repairing roofs on residential and commercial buildings. You will work with a team of skilled professionals to deliver top-quality roofing solutions that meet our clients’ needs.

• Inspect roofs for damage and leaks
• Install roofing materials such as shingles, tiles, and metal
• Perform repairs and maintenance as needed

Home Builders

As a Home Builder at Rooftec, you will be involved in the construction of new residential properties. You will work closely with architects, designers, and subcontractors to bring our clients’ dream homes to life. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality are essential for this role.

• Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
• Coordinate with suppliers to order materials
• Ensure that projects are completed on schedule and within budget

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the construction industry
