Position: Line Cook

As a Line Cook at Roostar Vietnamese Grill, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food according to our recipes and standards. You will also be in charge of maintaining a clean and organized kitchen workspace. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about food, have a strong work ethic, and are able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food
• Cook and plate dishes according to menu specifications
• Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen at all times
• Follow proper food safety procedures
• Collaborate with the rest of the kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service

Position: Server

Our Servers play a crucial role in creating a positive dining experience for our guests. As a Server at Roostar Vietnamese Grill, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and providing exceptional customer service. We are looking for individuals who are friendly, outgoing, and have a passion for hospitality.

• Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take and process customer orders accurately
• Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
• Check back with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly

Position: Dishwasher

As a Dishwasher at Roostar Vietnamese Grill, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen. You will be responsible for washing dishes, pots, and utensils, as well as keeping the dishwashing area clean and sanitized. We are looking for individuals who are detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work in a high-pressure environment.

• Wash dishes, pots, and utensils by hand or using industrial dishwashers
• Ensure all kitchen equipment and utensils are cleaned and sanitized
• Empty trash and recycling bins regularly
• Assist with kitchen prep work as needed
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations
