Job Title: Foundation Contractor

Job Responsibilities:

• Assessing foundation issues and determining appropriate repair solutions
• Performing foundation repairs, including underpinning and stabilization
• Operating equipment and tools to complete repair projects
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards
• Collaborating with team members to achieve project goals
• Providing excellent customer service and maintaining professional relationships with clients

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in foundation repair and construction
• Strong knowledge of foundation systems and repair techniques
• Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings
• Certification in foundation repair is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
