Position Overview

As an Insurance Attorney at Rosen & Spears, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of insurance-related legal matters. This includes providing legal advice, conducting research, drafting legal documents, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in court. You will work closely with our team of experienced attorneys to provide high-quality legal services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and representation to clients in insurance-related matters
• Handle a caseload of insurance cases from inception to resolution
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Draft legal documents, including complaints, motions, and briefs
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies
• Represent clients in court hearings and trials
• Work collaboratively with other attorneys and staff

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar in good standing
• 3+ years of experience in insurance law
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Client-focused mindset and strong work ethic
