Position: Medical Malpractice Attorney
As a Medical Malpractice Attorney at Roxell Richards Law, you will be responsible for handling a caseload of complex medical malpractice cases from inception to resolution. This includes conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents, attending court hearings, and negotiating settlements on behalf of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough investigations into medical malpractice claims
- Review medical records and consult with medical experts
- Develop effective legal strategies for each case
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings
- Provide timely and accurate legal advice to clients
Qualifications
- JD from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical malpractice law
- Demonstrated success in handling complex medical malpractice cases
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Position: Personal Injury Law Attorney
As a Personal Injury Law Attorney at Roxell Richards Law, you will be responsible for representing clients who have been injured due to the negligence of others. This includes handling cases such as car accidents, slip and falls, and workplace injuries.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate potential personal injury cases
- Negotiate with insurance companies on behalf of clients
- Prepare and file legal documents in a timely manner
- Attend depositions, mediations, and court hearings
- Provide compassionate and effective legal representation
Qualifications
- JD from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury law
- Demonstrated success in negotiating settlements and trying personal injury cases
- Excellent interpersonal skills
