Job Title: General Contractor

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning and execution of construction projects from start to finish
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Manage and supervise construction crews and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet project goals
• Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other team members

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in general contracting
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and safety
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
