Position: Registered Nurse

Job Description:

• Provide direct patient care in a variety of settings, including Health & Welfare Clinics, Home Health Services, and Medical Clinics
• Assess patient health needs and develop care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
• Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
• Educate patients and their families about healthcare procedures and treatments
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Qualifications:
