Available Positions

We are currently hiring for the following positions at Rudy’s Country Store & Bar-B-Q:

1. Pitmaster

As a Pitmaster at Rudy’s, you will be responsible for overseeing the smoking and cooking of our delicious meats to perfection. This role requires a passion for barbecue, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in smoking meats is preferred
• Ability to work early mornings and weekends
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills

2. Line Cook

Our Line Cooks play a crucial role in preparing our signature dishes and ensuring that each plate meets our high standards of quality. If you have a knack for working efficiently in a busy kitchen, this may be the perfect position for you.

• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Knowledge of food safety guidelines
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic

3. Server

Our Servers are the face of Rudy’s, providing friendly and attentive service to our guests. If you enjoy interacting with people and have a passion for hospitality, we would love to have you on our team.

• Previous serving experience is a plus
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
