Position: Diesel Technician

Location: New York, NY

Job Description:

Rush Truck Centers is currently seeking experienced and skilled Diesel Technicians to join our team in New York, NY. As a Diesel Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heavy-duty trucks and other vehicles. Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing routine maintenance on diesel engines, such as oil changes and filter replacements
• Diagnostics and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• Completing repairs efficiently and accurately
• Adhering to all safety protocols and regulations

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Diesel Technician
• Certification from an accredited technical school or equivalent work experience
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license
