Position: Medical Laboratory Technician

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of laboratory tests and procedures to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients
• Prepare and analyze samples of blood, tissue, and other bodily fluids
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols
• Document and communicate test results accurately
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care

Requirements:

• Associate degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field
• Certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) by a recognized accrediting agency
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of laboratory information systems and computer skills
