We’re Hiring: Bookkeeping Specialist

Sabawi Bookkeeping and Tax Services is a reputable company that provides top-notch bookkeeping and tax services to businesses and individuals. We are currently looking to expand our team and are seeking a skilled Bookkeeping Specialist to join us.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of our clients’ financial transactions
• Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process
• Reconcile income statements and balance sheets
• Ensure accuracy in financial reporting
• Prepare financial reports for management
• Assist with tax preparation and filing
• Provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients on improving their financial processes

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks
• Excellent knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Certification in accounting or related field is a plus
