Job Title: Freight Forwarding Specialist

Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Freight Forwarding Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the logistics industry and be able to handle all aspects of the freight forwarding process. Responsibilities include:

• Coordinating the transportation of goods from origin to destination
• Managing documentation for customs clearance
• Negotiating rates with carriers and suppliers
• Monitoring shipment progress and resolving any issues that may arise
• Communicating with clients to provide updates on their shipments

Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in freight forwarding
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in freight forwarding software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
