We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Employment Training Consultant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about workplace safety and are dedicated to helping organizations develop comprehensive training programs that promote a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver customized training programs for clients in various industries, including manufacturing, construction, healthcare, and more.
• Conduct training needs assessments to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement in client organizations.
• Create engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, and hands-on activities.
• Collaborate with clients to implement and evaluate training programs, ensuring they meet the specific needs and objectives of the organization.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients to help them maintain a culture of safety and compliance within their organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, human resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing and delivering training programs, preferably in a consulting or corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, industry standards, and best practices related to workplace safety and training.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
• Certification in training and development, such as ATD or CPTM, is a plus.
