Position: Sushi Chef

We are currently looking for a skilled and experienced Sushi Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Japanese cuisine, excellent knife skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As a Sushi Chef at Sage 400 Japanese Cuisine, you will be responsible for preparing sushi rolls, sashimi, and nigiri while maintaining the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure freshness and quality of ingredients

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Sushi Chef

• Excellent knife skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Certification from a culinary school is a plus
