Position: Store Manager
Location: New York, NY
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the store, including sales, inventory management, and customer service
- Ensure the store meets sales goals and targets while maintaining high standards of quality
- Hire, train, and supervise store staff to deliver excellent customer service
- Create and implement strategies to increase store sales and profitability
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail management, preferably in gift shops, health and wellness products, or home decor
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of salt products or willingness to learn
