Job Description

At Salvalexa Tax Services, we are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Tax Preparer/Notary Public. This role will involve preparing and filing accurate tax returns for our clients, as well as providing notary services as needed. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tax preparation and notary services, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file accurate tax returns for individuals and businesses
• Review client documents to ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations
• Provide notary services, including verifying identities, witnessing signatures, and certifying documents
• Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and address any questions or concerns
• Maintain confidentiality of client information and adhere to all relevant privacy regulations

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in tax preparation and notary services
• Proficient knowledge of tax laws and regulations
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Notary Public certification preferred
