Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a Home Lending Advisor with a valid NMLS ID to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients with mortgage loan products and guiding them through the homebuying process. You will work closely with borrowers to determine their loan needs, gather necessary documentation, and assist them in securing a mortgage that fits their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Educate clients on various loan products and options
• Analyze financial information to determine loan eligibility
• Assist clients in completing loan applications
• Guide clients through the underwriting and closing process
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the loan process

Qualifications:

• Active NMLS ID
• Prior experience in mortgage lending
• Strong knowledge of loan products and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
