Position: Delicatessen Associate

We are currently looking for a passionate and outgoing Delicatessen Associate to join our team. As a Delicatessen Associate, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of our deli. You will be responsible for assisting customers, preparing food items, maintaining a clean workspace, and upholding our high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing exceptional customer service to all guests
• Preparing and serving a variety of deli items such as sandwiches, salads, and charcuterie boards
• Ensuring all food preparation areas are clean and sanitized
• Stocking shelves and refrigerators with deli products
• Operating deli equipment such as slicers and meat grinders
• Assisting in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed

Qualifications

• Prior experience working in a deli or food service establishment preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food safety guidelines and regulations
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items and stand for extended periods
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
