Job Title: Motel Manager

As a Motel Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests have a memorable and enjoyable stay at our motel.

Our resort features a variety of amenities for our guests, including a spa, restaurants, pool, and of course, our cozy motel accommodations. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the motel, including guest check-in/check-out, reservations, and housekeeping
- Manage a team of motel staff, including front desk agents, housekeepers, and maintenance personnel
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor and maintain motel inventory and supplies
- Implement and enforce policies and procedures to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and guest service
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hotel or motel management
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities
- Knowledge of hotel management software and reservation systems
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
