Job Title: Landscape Designer & Consultant

Job Description:

As a Landscape Designer & Consultant at Sandstone Construction, Inc., you will be responsible for creating innovative and sustainable designs for outdoor spaces. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and develop concepts that align with their vision. From initial concept development to final implementation, you will play a key role in transforming ordinary spaces into extraordinary landscapes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements and design objectives
• Create detailed landscape plans, including plant selection, hardscape elements, and irrigation systems
• Prepare cost estimates and project timelines for client review
• Coordinate with project managers and construction teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately
• Provide ongoing support and guidance throughout the construction process
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in landscape design

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in landscape design and consulting
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp
• Strong knowledge of plant materials, construction techniques, and sustainable design principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
