Job Responsibilities

As a member of the Sandwich & Tapioca team, you will have the opportunity to showcase your skills and contribute to the success of our restaurant. Some of the responsibilities for each position include:

Line Cook

• Prepare and cook Asian dishes according to restaurant recipes
• Ensure food quality and presentation meet the restaurant’s standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work station

Server

• Provide exceptional customer service to all guests
• Take customer orders and make recommendations based on their preferences
• Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages

Host/Hostess

• Welcome guests to the restaurant and seat them promptly
• Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the dining area

Dishwasher

• Keep the kitchen and dishwashing area clean and organized
• Wash dishes, utensils, and other kitchen equipment
• Assist in basic food preparation tasks as needed

Assistant Manager

• Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations
• Train and supervise staff to ensure high-quality service
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

• Prior experience in the food and beverage industry preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and a positive attitude
