Position Available: Line Cook

We are currently looking for a skilled Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and cooking, as well as experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Responsibilities will include:

– Preparing and cooking dishes according to recipes and quality standards
– Ensuring food safety and sanitation practices are followed
– Collaborating with the culinary team to create new and innovative menu items
– Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
– Assisting with inventory management and ordering

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the Line Cook position will possess the following qualifications:

– Previous experience working as a Line Cook in a restaurant setting
– Knowledge of Mediterranean, seafood, and Middle Eastern cuisine
– Strong culinary skills and attention to detail
– Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
– Food handler’s certification is a plus
