Position Overview

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Investment Associate to join our team. This individual will play a key role in evaluating new investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, and supporting the management of our existing portfolio companies. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, excellent communication skills, and a drive to succeed in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate potential investment opportunities and conduct industry research to support investment theses
• Assist in due diligence efforts, including financial analysis, modeling, and market research
• Support the negotiation and structuring of investment transactions
• Monitor and analyze the performance of portfolio companies, including financial and operational metrics
• Prepare investment memos and presentations for the firm’s investment committee
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including management teams and advisors

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA is a plus
• 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or related field
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for the energy sector and desire to learn and grow in a dynamic industry
