Job Title: DUI & DWI Attorney

Location: Houston, Texas

Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Job Description:

• Represent clients in DUI & DWI cases, providing expert legal advice and representation
• Conduct research, prepare legal documents, and argue cases in court
• Negotiate with prosecutors and participate in plea bargaining
• Build strong relationships with clients and provide responsive and personalized legal services
• Stay up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations

Job Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Texas State Bar
• Previous experience in DUI & DWI defense preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Job Title: Criminal Law Attorney

Location: Dallas, Texas

Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Job Description:

• Handle criminal cases of varying complexity, including drug offenses, theft, assault, and more
• Provide legal representation in court proceedings, negotiations, and plea bargains
• Conduct legal research, prepare briefs and motions, and manage caseload efficiently
• Advise clients on legal rights and options
• Work closely with clients to ensure their interests are represented effectively

Job Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Texas State Bar
• Experience in criminal law practice preferred
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Job Title: Attorney

Location: Austin, Texas

Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Job Description:

• Provide legal counsel and representation to clients across a variety of practice areas
• Handle legal matters from start to finish, including research, drafting documents, negotiation, and litigation
• Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to deliver high-quality legal services
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files
• Participate in networking and business development activities

Job Requirements:
