Position Available: Barista

Are you passionate about coffee and customer service? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment? If so, we are looking for friendly and energetic individuals to join our team as Baristas at Scooter’s Coffee. As a Barista, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers and creating memorable experiences through the art of coffee-making.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso drinks according to our standards
• Provide excellent customer service and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and work area
• Operate coffee equipment, including espresso machines and grinders, efficiently and safely
• Assist in maintaining inventory of coffee supplies and ingredients
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
• Passion for coffee and willingness to learn and grow in the role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and take direction from supervisors
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
