Scope Insurance Agency is currently looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Insurance Sales Agents. If you have a passion for helping clients protect what matters most to them and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Job Title: Insurance Sales Agent

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to provide them with insurance solutions to meet their needs
• Educate clients on the various types of insurance products offered by the agency
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and other sales techniques
• Prepare and present insurance quotes to clients
• Follow up with clients to ensure their insurance needs are met

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and sales skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid insurance license (preferred but not required)
