Position: Construction Project Manager

As a Construction Project Manager at SCS, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. You will work closely with clients, architects, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure that each project is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety. Your strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple tasks will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
• Coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met
• Monitor and enforce safety regulations on site
• Review and approve project plans, specifications, and change orders
• Oversee quality control and ensure work meets industry standards
• Provide regular updates to clients on project progress

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to lead a team and work under pressure
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
