We are currently hiring for the following position:

Position: Youth Minister

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive youth ministry program that includes weekly meetings, special events, and service opportunities
• Build relationships with youth and their families to support their spiritual growth
• Foster a safe and welcoming environment for youth to explore their faith and deepen their relationship with God
• Collaborate with church leadership to integrate youth into the larger church community
• Plan and lead engaging and relevant youth-oriented worship services

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in theology, ministry, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience working with youth in a church setting
• Strong understanding of Christian teachings and values
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with church staff and volunteers
• Passion for youth ministry and a desire to make a positive impact in the lives of young people
