Job Title: Home Improvement Technician

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
• Install new HVAC units and equipment in residential homes
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while on the job
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC installation and repair
• Certification in HVAC systems or equivalent preferred
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of heating and cooling systems
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
