Job Responsibilities:

• Educate senior citizens on different health insurance options available to them
• Assist clients in selecting the right health insurance plan based on their specific requirements
• Provide guidance on coverage details, benefits, and cost of different health insurance plans
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns related to health insurance policies
• Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any additional needs or questions
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and insurance plan details

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the health insurance industry is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service abilities
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
