Position: Youth Pastor

Job Description:

• Lead and oversee the youth ministry of the church, including organizing events, leading youth groups, and developing discipleship programs
• Build relationships with youth members and provide spiritual guidance and support
• Create engaging and relevant youth-focused programs that encourage growth in faith and community
• Collaborate with other church leaders to integrate youth ministry into the overall mission of the church
• Recruit and train volunteers to assist in youth ministry activities

Qualifications:

• A commitment to the mission and values of Seoul Baptist Church of Houston
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in youth ministry
• A bachelor’s degree in theology, ministry, or a related field (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and inspire youth members
• Proficient in basic computer skills and technology
