Position: Child Caregiver

As a child caregiver at Serenity Place, you will play a key role in providing a warm and supportive environment for children while promoting their learning and development. You will work collaboratively with our team to create engaging and enriching activities that stimulate children’s physical, cognitive, and social-emotional development.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor the safety of children in your care
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities
• Create a positive and nurturing environment for children
• Build positive relationships with children and families
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and parents

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with children
• Knowledge of child development principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
