Job Title: Senior Geologist

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Geologist to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in the exploration and development of oil and gas reserves, utilizing their expertise in geological mapping, seismic interpretation, and reservoir characterization to optimize production and resource recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct geological research and analysis to identify potential drilling locations
• Interpret seismic data to predict subsurface structures and identify reservoirs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop drilling plans and strategies
• Monitor well performance and provide recommendations for optimization
• Assess and mitigate geological risks associated with exploration and production activities

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Geology or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in oil and gas exploration
• Proficiency in geological mapping software and data analysis tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
