Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and process auto insurance applications
• Provide accurate quotes to clients based on their specific needs
• Assist clients in understanding their coverage options
• Handle policy renewals and updates
• Resolve client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in auto insurance sales or customer service
• Knowledge of insurance policies, regulations, and procedures
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred
