We Are Hiring
At Seven Acres, we are currently looking for dedicated individuals to join our team in various roles within our nursing and residential care facilities. If you have a passion for helping others and making a difference in the lives of seniors, we want to hear from you.
Positions Available
Registered Nurse (RN)
- Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications, performing treatments, and coordinating with healthcare providers.
- Assess residents’ medical needs and develop care plans to ensure their physical and emotional well-being.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic care to residents.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and maintain accurate medical records.
Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
- Assist RNs in delivering quality nursing care to residents.
- Administer medications and treatments under the supervision of a registered nurse.
- Monitor residents’ health status and report any changes to the nursing team.
- Document resident care and communicate effectively with healthcare providers.
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living.
- Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal hygiene tasks.
- Observe residents’ behavior and report any concerns to the nursing team.
- Participate in resident activities and contribute to their overall well-being.
Qualifications
Applicants for nursing positions at Seven Acres Jewish Senior Care must meet the following qualifications:
Registered Nurse (RN)
- Current RN license in the state of Texas.
- Minimum of one year of nursing experience, preferably in a long-term care setting.
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
- Current LVN license in the state of Texas.
- Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably with seniors.
- Basic understanding of nursing principles and procedures.
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- Valid CNA certification in the state of Texas.
- Prior experience in a nursing or caregiving role is preferred.
- Ability to provide compassionate care and support to elderly residents.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
