Job Title: Sales Associate

Category: New Car Dealers, Used Car Dealers

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing new or used cars based on their preferences and budget
• Provide information about the features, specifications, and pricing of different vehicles
• Conduct test drives and explain the benefits of each car model to potential buyers
• Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to ensure customer satisfaction
• Complete paperwork for vehicle sales and financing agreements
• Coordinate with the finance department to arrange financing options for customers
• Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns
• Attend sales training and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and customer service abilities
• Knowledge of the automotive market and industry trends
• Ability to work well in a team and achieve sales targets
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business or related field is a plus
