Position: Accident & Property Damage Attorneys

Job Description:

• Represent clients in legal proceedings regarding accident and property damage cases.
• Provide legal advice and guidance on various issues related to personal injury and property damage claims.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients to ensure fair compensation for damages.
• Prepare legal documents and conduct legal research to support cases.
• Collaborate with clients, experts, and other attorneys to build strong cases.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accident and property damage law.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Position: Corporation & Partnership Law Attorneys

Job Description:

• Advise clients on matters related to corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and business contracts.
• Draft and review legal documents, including partnership agreements, bylaws, and corporate resolutions.
• Assist clients in forming, managing, and dissolving corporations and partnerships.
• Provide legal representation in corporate disputes and litigation.
• Stay current on laws and regulations affecting corporations and partnerships.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporation and partnership law.
• Strong understanding of corporate structures and business operations.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
