Job Title: Community Outreach Coordinator

As a Community Outreach Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing outreach strategies to engage with residents, community partners, and stakeholders. This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for community engagement, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse groups.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing outreach plans to promote programs and services
• Building relationships with community members, organizations, and local businesses
• Organizing community events, workshops, and activities
• Evaluating the effectiveness of outreach efforts and making adjustments as needed
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals

Job Title: Social Services Coordinator

As a Social Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing support and assistance to individuals and families in need. This role requires a strong understanding of social services, empathy for others, and the ability to connect people with resources and programs that can help improve their quality of life.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assessing client needs and developing individualized service plans
• Connecting clients with resources such as housing, food assistance, counseling, and more
• Providing case management and advocacy services
• Collaborating with community partners to expand service offerings
• Maintaining accurate and confidential client records

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Public Health, or a related field
• Experience working in a social services or community outreach role
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for community service and social justice
