As a Home Builder at Shelton Builders, Inc, you will be responsible for constructing new residential properties from the ground up. You will work closely with our team of architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure that each project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. We are looking for skilled individuals with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for creating beautiful homes that exceed our clients’ expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential construction
• Knowledge of construction methods and materials
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Altering & Remodeling Contractors

Our Altering & Remodeling Contractors play a crucial role in transforming existing properties into stunning spaces that meet our clients’ needs and exceed their expectations.
