We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Estate Planning Attorney to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse client base, handle complex legal matters, and grow professionally in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive estate planning strategies for clients
• Prepare and review legal documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on estate planning matters
• Collaborate with clients, financial advisors, and other professionals to achieve optimal outcomes
• Represent clients in probate court proceedings and other legal matters as needed

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in the state
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in estate planning and probate law
• Demonstrated knowledge of estate planning principles, tax laws, and regulations
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
