Job Opportunity: Guest Services Representative

Sheraton Suites Houston Near The Galleria is looking for a Guest Services Representative to join our team. We are a well-established hotel located in the heart of Houston, just steps away from the prestigious Galleria shopping center. Our hotel offers spacious suites, top-notch amenities, and exceptional service to ensure that our guests have a memorable stay.

About the Role:

• Interact with guests to provide information and assistance in a friendly and professional manner
• Check guests in and out of the hotel, ensuring all necessary information is collected and recorded accurately
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and effectively
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guests’ needs are met
• Assist with reservations, room assignments, and special requests
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Knowledge of hotel operations and reservation systems is a plus
