Position Overview
As a physician in our oncology department, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients with various types of cancer. This includes developing treatment plans, overseeing chemotherapy or other therapies, and providing guidance and support to patients and their families throughout their journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and diagnose patients with cancer
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
- Oversee chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and other treatment modalities
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and families
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Board certification in Oncology
- Valid medical license in the state of practice
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
